    Director of Digital & Fan Marketing

    The Artists Den seeks a Director of Digital & Fan Marketing for a full-time position.

    Overview:

    The Artists Den produces once in a lifetime concerts that broadcast on cinema, television and digital networks.

    We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for music and creative marketing who can effectively execute marketing strategies, fan marketing, artist campaigns, TV campaigns, and digital content partnerships.

    We are expanding our global brand – having launched Artists Den IMAX in 30 countries on July 1 and an ever growing fan base in Europe, Asia and Latin America, which compliments the brand’s continued growth in North America.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing marketing strategy and campaigns.
    • Design and implement effective and consistent branding campaigns, to more completely leverage individual events within The Artists Den series, drive leads for prospective sponsors and awareness of The Artists Den digital platform for fans, while further enhancing The Artists Den’s brand and reputation.
    • Optimize marketing budget allocation and assess return on investment to ensure efficiency in spend.
    • Work with PR and Social Media to create high quality publicity focused around events and broadcast.
    • Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on programs.
    • Determine marketing business metrics, conduct campaign/promotion analysis and communicate results.

    Requirements:

    • 3-4 years of marketing experience or similar background
    • Communicates effectively, understanding the nuances of his/her audience
    • Consumer and music events background is a plus
    • Background in working with platforms with a large fan/membership following
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Digital marketing experience
    • Passion or interest in the music industry
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
    • High energy, self-motivated individual – energetic, proactive and positive

    The Artists Den is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team immediately. The brand produces once in a lifetime concerts that broadcast on cinema, public television and digital networks.

    We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for music and design. You will be working with some of the top artists in music, broadcast partners around the world, and have the chance to visit some of the most beautiful venues where we film our concerts for international broadcast. The Artists Den continues to expand our global brand – having launched Artists Den IMAX in 30 countries on July 1 and an ever growing fan base in Europe, Asia and Latin America, which compliments the brand’s continued growth in North America.

    As we produce our series, Live from the Artists Den, in partnership with brands; a key aspect of this role will be creatively bringing together the brand values and aesthetics of the Artists Den and its partners.

    Who You Are:

    • A detail-oriented designer with very strong typography and layout skills
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
    • Interested and proficient in motion graphics
    • Experienced in generating digital and print design
    • Experienced in creating pitch and recap decks for brand partners in the luxury space
    • Experienced in creating on-site brand activations for partners
    • With a background in and familiarity with lifestyle brands
    • With conceptual/working knowledge of HTML/ CSS

    You’ll help us create our overall fan and brand experience including digital graphics, email marketing campaigns, banner ads, social media assets, as well as graphics for our video and television broadcast – for internal use and distribution to the artist and our partners. You will help us enhance marketing materials for both artists and brand partnerships. On show days, you will have the opportunity to join our live production team, and to see your designs in action at the event.

  • Production and Editing Assistant

    Production and Editing Assistant 2019

    The Artists Den seeks a Production and Editing Assistant for a part-time (15-30 hours per week) position.

    Overview:

    The Artists Den produces once in a lifetime concerts that broadcast on cinema, television and digital networks.

    We are looking for a talented and ambitious editor and content creator with a strong interest in music, culture, marketing, and brand content strategy.

    We are expanding our global brand – having launched Artists Den IMAX in 30 countries on July 1 and an ever growing fan base in Europe, Asia and Latin America, which compliments the brand’s continued growth in North America.

With the Artists Den you will have the opportunity to work with top musical acts, premiere brand partners, and domestic and international broadcasters.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in editing and/or motion graphics in a professional environment (internships acceptable)
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
    • Additional background in any/all of the following: video production, motion graphics, design, color correction and/or grading
    • Exceptional writing, research, and problem solving skills
    • Self managing and detail oriented
    • Enthusiasm and passion for music, culture, and brand strategy
    • Knowledge of video codecs/outputs and media management workflow
    • Positive attitude and collaborative approach

    Tasks Will Include:

    • 70% Post-Production (editing and motion graphics), 20% Pre-production + Production, 10% design (photoshop)
    • Editing short form video content for business and promotional use
    • Working with content, marketing, and partnerships teams to develop and execute new video ideas
    • Working with pre-production team to develop storylines, interview questions, and b-roll strategies for episode tapings
    • Logging and transcoding footage from shoots
    • Assistant editing full television episodes
    • Creating and placing graphics and titles for videos
    • Preparing and delivering episodes to broadcast partners
    • Assist with shooting b-roll on the day of episode tapings
    • Assist content team with maintaining and developing post-production documents and organizational systems, including transcripts, cue sheets, and log-sheets.
