PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the “cookies” that are installed on the device through which you accessed the Site. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us directly, when subscribing to our newsletters, entering into a sweepstakes or contest, completing a survey or otherwise, such as your name, email address, phone number and other unique identifiers. We refer to this information as “Account Information”.
From time to time, we may offer you the ability to make purchases through the Site. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, our secure third-party payment service provider (currently, Shopify) may collect certain information from you, including your billing address, shipping address and payment information (including credit card numbers, billing and shipping addresses). This information is referred to as “Order Information”. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any Order Information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party payment service provider. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Account Information that we collect generally to run the Site, such as by sending you updates and newsletters, responding to customer service requests, administering promotions and sweepstakes, and sending you our marketing communications. We use Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risks and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our users browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns), and as otherwise described in our Cookies Policy located here.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties who perform services on our behalf for the purposes of operating the Site, including, without limitation, hosting the Site.
We may also share your Account Information or other Personal Information with our strategic and development partners in the entertainment industry or third party contractors, vendors, consultants and professional advisors to the extent necessary to assist us with providing our services.

Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded on the Site that collects information about users’ engagement on that web page. CONSENT TO PROCESSING
Our Site is operated in the United States of America. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that Personal Information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
