The Lumineers Signed Merch Giveaway Sweepstakes
Official Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Lumineers Signed Merch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by “Artists Den Entertainment” (“Artists Den”) to persons who are (a) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes. Employees and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. For purpose of the foregoing, “immediate family” means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees and directors. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 U.S., in Puerto Rico, in all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Thursday, April 1 at 12:30 PM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, April 9, 2021.
The Artists Den may have multiple Contests or Sweepstakes running simultaneously, each with an individual begin and end time, which will be shown on the Contest or Sweepstake’s separate page.
3. ENTRY
You will be entered into the Sweepstakes by:
1. Commenting on @artistsden’s 4/1/2021 Instagram post linked here
2. Sharing @artistsden’s 4/1/2021 Instagram post to Instagram Story and tagging @artistsden in the Story
3. Replying to @theartistsden’s 4/1/2021 Tweet linked here
4. Retweeting @theartistsden’s 4/1/2021 Tweet linked here
5. Commenting on The Artists Dens’ 4/1/2021 Facebook post linked here
6. Sharing The Artists Den’s 4/1/2021 Facebook post linked here
As conditions of entry into the Sweepstakes, each Participant warrants and represents that:
He or she shall not do anything or cause any third party to do anything which would rig or in any way influence the outcome of the Sweepstakes with the intent to deceive the viewing public, including, but not limited to, tampering with any voting system or process. Participant agrees that Participant will not participate in any such act or any other deceptive act with respect to the Sweepstakes, nor permit anyone to do so in Participant’s behalf. Participant agrees that if anyone tries to induce Participant to do any such act, Participant shall immediately notify the Administrator.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Winner will be selected at random on Monday, April 12, 2021. Winner will be contacted by DM at the social media account with which they entered.
5. PRIZES
There will be one (1) winner of a signed The Lumineers journal, one (1) winner of a signed The Lumineers pennant, and one (1) grand prize winner of a signed The Lumineers “III” Vinyl. The prizes will be mailed to the winners’ addresses which will be collected via social media DM after prize is redeemed. All potential winners are subject to verification at the Artists Den’s sole discretion. No assignment, transfer or substitution of any prize is permitted. Limit one prize per person per Sweepstakes.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Artists Den reserves the right to edit photos, videos, or text submitted by Participants for posting on Facebook. The Artists Den also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website; to be in violation of the User Agreement of the Website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in a unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Any use of cartel, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and persons using any such methods will be disqualified.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Artists Den, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Artists Den reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted on Artists Den’s website at http://artistsden.com.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ARTISTS DEN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM THOSE RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
ARTISTS DEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, ILLEGIBLE, MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, AND ARTISTS DEN DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ITS WEBSITES. ARTISTS DEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ON-LINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY ARTISTS DEN ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF.
ARTISTS DEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF INFORMATION OR THE FAILURE TO CAPTURE SUCH INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS, TAMPERING OR HACKING, OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. 8. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of- pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations, Artists Den’s rights and obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York State, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and you agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for New York, New York for any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
The Artists Den does not share any information with third parties. All information provided is being disclosed to the Artists Den and not to Facebook or Instagram.

Winner will be contacted by the e-mail address in which they entered.
